all nirnroot stock stolen

i've been more busy than usual, so, in the last month i've been playing less and not paying much attention to the game changes, but i still login everyday for a while, and today i noticed that all my nirnroot stock got stolen from my main character bag. i'm not sure how much i had there but it was way more than 100 items. i already logged in and out a few times, even being sure that it was in my main character, i checked the bank and my other 2 characters, but it completely vanished. probably i lost more items, i can't remember everything i store, but those nirnroot items i knew because i use it frequently in quest writs.

since i have been away for some time i'm not even sure if this item was removed from the game to all plays, if so, sorry for asking ...but if it still remains why was it removed from my account and how do i get it back. it makes no sense for me to be storing it again or paying for those items when i already got them.

Just a guess, but submitting a ticket might be a starting place.

I suggest you start by changing your account password immediately, followed by a support ticket with ZOS ...

i thought about that, but it would be weird. i know that the nirnroot is missing, but i didn't lost any of the expensive stuff, i still have all my stock of tempering alloy, roisin, nirncrux, perfect roe, kuta, etc... all my legendary stuff is there, and those i know very well the amount i had why would anyone hack an account to steal nirnroot? ...it must be something else.

Don't ask me how i know, but some of the better hackers will "ping" a hacked account first by making small, seemingly useless changes, in order to see if the account holder is paying attention or not.

Even if your account was not hacked, our support team should be able to determine what happened to your nirnroot. If you haven't yet submitted a ticket please do, and be sure to include how much nirnroot you had as well as when you last saw it, first noticed it was missing, etc. The more info you can provide the better.
