DB Gold Keys

I have been told from multiple people in guilds that Gold Keys will have a 100% chance to get you a shoulder in DB. I have looked for where it said this and couldn't find it, can anyone confirm or deny this for me?

Note that while gold chest will now always contain a monster shoulder, we have no idea of loot table. It may be that they replaced all the instances of no monster shoulder with a Sturdy Medium Bogdan shoulder or something nearly as worthless. :-)

But yeah, start saving those Gold keys OP. And do those silver pledges too, since the drop rate is increasing on those as well.
