Weapon damage enchants in DB

I'm trying to understand the weapon damage enchants in DB. If we have maelstrom 2h we get the flat 189 damage boost but if we have weapon damage enchants on random 2h set piece we get the 348 damage for 5 seconds but we don't have the crit charge DOT?

CasNation✭✭✭✭✭Correct. And apparently the new enchant had a 10 sec CD, so you can basically half the value to calculate the actual WD boost (unless you modify the CD some way). And no, you don't get the crit charge dot unless it it an MA 2hPC NA AD
