Allow us to change our Alliance Rank symbol

So, just as title says. ZOS, please, allow us to change our Alliance Rank symbol, the one that appears next to our names, like we can do with titles. Lot of people would probably like this, many don't like how certain symbols look, and when they reach that rank, they don't like the title and the symbol, thankfully they can change the title, but not the symbol. Some players might not even like to have those symbols. Like in release, you didn't have it if you didn't get the Recruit rank, now you've that square if you're rank "Citizen".

My two characters in RP are soldiers, one is a Sergeant, the other is a Legate. I do a lot of PvP, I love it, but one day I'll reach Legate rank, get my title and be super happy with it because it corresponds with my RP title and rank, but then I'll reach General rank, and I won't have the right symbol, but I'll have the right title, title won't correspond with symbol x.x. Same with Sergeant, except that I'll get it faster (I barely do PvP with him).

I don't think they're going to change this on the grounds it's for RP reasons when it would allow players in some way to mislead others into how experienced they are in PvP.

As an experienced PvP player you're more likely to be wary of a high rank than a low rank.

As far as it being for RP reasons I don't think a single graphical representation on screen (which you wouldn't see IC) is that important. These are minor issues which roleplayers should be able to work around, you can always use the correct title for your character and simple use a quit OOC tell/message to let others know that's your RP rank and you should be treated as such.

I'm aware of all you said, still people use Volunteer ranks while they are high ranks in PvP. I don't say they should do it for RP reasons, just for general reasons, and to be able to customize how our character is seen, just an addition. In RP, there isn't even the need to tell people what the rank is, they can just ask IC ^^.

As @Turelus said, I doubt this will be implemented as it will mislead opponents. You're right, a lot of high PvP rank players use the low title, so the symbol is the best way to tell their rank. I'm sure that many of us use the rank as a bit of an insight into the player's skill, so removing the fixed symbol would remove some key information about your enemy.
