Help, all names in game disappeared

All names disappeared after update. I need to repair after update got a code 12 so it close all the time, before login.

Now I can login but all text is gone. See picture, I try disable all addons still no luck. And did one more repair and still same.
All NPC is call offline.. I got the PTS and all works fine there. :-)

Now I got it to work... I try remove and install game again did't help.

Then I delete usersettings, and that made the trick for me. :-)
