What platform are you on?
The DK leader board on PS4 is never full, if you just post a score you will be guaranteed a weapon. I have no idea what the boards are like on PC and Xbox.

I am not on the leaderboard I dont usually have enough time to do a full clear in one sitting ; ;

I am on PC and the leaderboard is full on PC!

5 times completed now and not a single weapon ; ;

This is starting to really suck! Even if you get a weapon without a sharpend or precise trait would it even be worth using????

So I was looking at the leaderboard all wrong...I finally posted a score and I am like 3rd from the bottom on the weekly...

I was looking at the scoreboard for highest points completed...not the weekly.

So how does the weekly work when the timer runs out they send you your defending resto staff in the mail or what?

Depends on the weapon. A cruel flurry dagger on your Stam dk will wreck even with a crappy trait.
