I'm currently enjoying the game again; strangely that happens on XBox.
So I was wondering if there's anyone out there who actually receives their crowns from ESO+ on time on XBox, as I'd really like to subscribe for a few month, but don't want to hear more from CS than NPCs in game.

Try to be polite and patient and you will get your crowns.
It is not ideal having to submit a ticket every month, but hey, what can you do until they get their act together if you want the sub benefits?

That's the thing though, I'm no on xbox, I'm a pc player, and well it's been way WAY over 6 hours, nothing yet no mail nothing. I hope they don't scam me, I mean there's no phone to call, no live agent. They should at least tell me they are looking into it at this point.

You are supposed to get the Crowns all at once for however many months you subscribed, but yea, I can't believe this is still a problem. All I can say is try another support ticket.

I test it every 3-4 months but this might be it for me. It's been over a year
