Subscribed and did not receive my crowns

Hello guys, I finally decided to subscribe now that I think the game in the right place, but the crowns you get per month was also a big reason for me to do it, only I did not get my crowns. My expirience with support has not been a good one my last ticked they didn't even bother to answer, so I hope by posting here maybe a community manager will see it. Did anyone have this problem before? Did you contact ingame support or the website thing? Thank you.

    You are supposed to get the Crowns all at once for however many months you subscribed, but yea, I can't believe this is still a problem. All I can say is try another support ticket.

    If you're on Xbox, Microsoft is having problems on their end with crown distribution .

    Open a ticket. I have to do it every time. Keep responding to the emails until they credit you.

    Ya I hope you are right, my last expirience wasn't too great, they didn't even reply my last ticked, but we will see how long will take or if they will get back to me this time :/

    it happened to me too a few weeks back and im also on pc. They replied to me that crowns take up to 48 hours to load into your account but i would contact CS nonetheless to be sure and safe

    I'm on Xbox, if I don't get them I open a ticket, within 24 hrs they send them. Simple / easy. alot of misconceptions out there. Always open a ticket and check your email (junk) for replies.

    I'm currently enjoying the game again; strangely that happens on XBox.

    So I was wondering if there's anyone out there who actually receives their crowns from ESO+ on time on XBox, as I'd really like to subscribe for a few month, but don't want to hear more from CS than NPCs in game.

    Still no reply for my ticked and no crowns, I'm start to get worried, I keep thinking if there was an item with the limited time thing and I lost it because they didn't give me my crowns in time, I want to stay subscribed but if I can't rely on the paid services to actually work I don't know what to do.

    I've only ever got them when I used PayPal as the payment type. Any other visa, or master card didn't happen.
    Now all types seem not to work. I gave up months back.

    Just tried for May....same ol mess so I'm off again.

    ZoS try to respond to all enquiries within 6 hours of receiving them. It is like a mission statement to them. More often than not, they tell me that they are closed and will look into it as soon as they open.

    There is a problem between MS and ZoS in relation to crowns being timeously applied on an XBOX account which I think they are trying to resolve

    Until that happens, we all have to send in a ticket to get our crowns.

    Try to be polite and patient and you will get your crowns.

    It is not ideal having to submit a ticket every month, but hey, what can you do until they get their act together if you want the sub benefits?

    lol scam you? i think its your problem decided to do your gaming on a windows pc, never experienced any of these issues on 4 of the imac and 1 of the mac pro people were yelp yelp yelp about

    a sleek beautifully design imac with upgraded option is more than enough to run eso on max settings + distance + AA on
    so maybe its time for you to move on and get rid of the real issues once and for all

    so you are cancelling subscription and stop supporting on one of the few good MMo remain on the market because of your own problem? that dont even make sense :#

    maybe start gaming on some real OS like OSX on a mac, try and experience how everything suppose to work seamlessly harmony with each other in its own ecosystem and stop whining about everything when its YOUR choice to stick with a windows pc

    i received the crown points the moment i confirmed the subscription
    also use the AE card and safari browser to confirm the payment
