Crash launcher on verification

Hello,
First of all i've sent a ticket to the support => 160502-000864
i've just bought the game and had to wait all the updates time, but at the last update the thing crashed,
everything crashed couldn't do anything beside shut down the computer.
at the second try i realised that the launcher crash ALL THE TIME at 6606,34Mb of verification and i can't do anything .
I Tried a lot of things such as deleting launcher , deleting some stuff , or doing others i don't remember , it's been one day that i'm trying and i don't know what to do anymore .
You're like , my only hope and i would really like to play this game.
