So I just returned to ESO since Jan and I've noticed a hide decrease in performance since TG patch. There is a huge delay on movement. Like if I press LS to move, there is a VERY noticble delay. I've noticed it is really bad when out in the world and not as much in an instance. How is this except able? I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet. I don't even want to play anymore
