problems launching eso on xboxone

was in a keep that got took over by dc and i died so i spawned at one of the ad gates and i get dash-boarded then when i relaunch the game it tells me i dont have a internet connection and dashboards me again so i hard reset my xbox and now it wont let me get past the announcements page with out dashboarding me it also came up with the xboxone is not my home xboxone but it cleary is i set it to home the day i bought it and when i go to settings and preferences it is my home..all other games work just not ESO..anyone else have this problem and know what caused it or how to fix it?

Crashing is a common thing as of late, but its not permanent. If it persist for you then take it up with customer service.

well my thinking is when the keep turned and inner and outer walls got repaired i choose to respawn at the same time causing the issues..hard reset the one and reset the modem (turned it all of and went for a smoke) powered it all back up and its been fine

no issues on the NA server at least but there is this.....again.....xbox live stuff
