Redeeming Multiple ESO Plus Codes/Cards

I just redeemed a 60-day code and received my crown allotment up-front. If I redeem additional codes before this membership period is up, does it just tack on the time and also award the crowns up-front? Or is the time tacked on but are the crowns not available until the first 60-day membership period expires?

You'll receive the crowns when you redeem the code and the time will get added. For exampled if you added a 60 day code yesterday and added another code today, you're membership would end 120 days from yesterday. I hope this is clear and answers your question.
