brother's account is locked out, needs access code sent to old email

Hi there! My brother plays ESO on PC NA and he just tried to patch and login again today after a hiatus from the game. The login system sent an access code to his old email account that he no longer uses and can't remember the password for, so he could login. He called the ZOS customer support and they are supposed to call him back to help him switch the email accounts for his ESO account, but I was wondering if I could help him speed this process up a bit. Unfortunately he doesn't have a forum account but his userID is @jacobr7401

I don't know what powers the customer support here on the forum have but if there's anyway you can look into his inquiry so we can play together again, sooner than later, I would appreciate it so much and so would he!

    Hello Dimensional,
    The best thing your brother can do to get this resolved is submit a ticket through the customer support portal here: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account_recovery. Tell him to select Suspended/Compromised and fill in the information there. This will ensure his request is routed to the correct team that can help him the quickest. :)

    Ok, I'll let him know. the problem is he doesn't need to recover his password or userID... it's an access code that got sent to an old email address of his that he doesn't use anymore, and which has a password that he forgot. So he can't get the access code. Is there anything relevant for that specific purpose on that page? I don't see an option for it.

    He already called the tech support phone number and they are supposed to be calling him back soon but whatever we can do to get this resolved quicker he will do.
