This post is to inform you that we've gone ahead and closed this thread. The reason being that we would like to avoid members using the forums as a means of arranging trades, or the buying/selling of in-game items. Though like one of the fellow community members had mentioned, the Guild Stores around Tamriel may be the best way to obtain one of these recipes.
