Question about skill points and lvling in DB

So we are going to get 3 points when we hit lvl 5,15,25,35,45 and 10 skill points when we hit 10,20,30,40,50?
My question is: I have a lvl 15 sorc right now. And I get one point for every for each time I lvl up. Lets say I lvl up to 30 just before DB launches. Will I get a ton of skill points at launch of DB or will the 3 points when we hit lvl 5,15,25,35,45 and 10 skill points when we hit 10,20,30,40,50 only be for characters that are lvling up after DB has launched?

✭✭✭✭✭Don't know the answer, but I think your using too many skill points in your example. There are only 16 for Vet Ranks to be allocated to leveling characters.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

1. Skill points upon log-in
2. missing skill points, upon gaining a new level, regardless of the ending numeric of the gained level.
3. bug announcement that its not working as intended.

Dromede✭✭✭✭Someone on PTS forum was saying that to get extra skill points, you have to reset your skill points. Can't link the tread since I'm on the phone, but it might be a thing unfortunately.
Ex: a current level 50 character with 160+ cp will get extra 16 points upon skill reset, not automatically - that's the way it works on PTS right now. Please correct me if my underatading is wrong! Keep in mind that things are being chaged on PTS today with 2.4.1, and hopefully more fixes will come before the patch hits live.Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
