Will toon made in the PTS transfer to normal account when dlc is released?

The question is in the title. Seems like a lot to hope for, but if it works this way, then I'm going to start developing my new toon in the PTS right away....otherwise, may as well work on developing toons on normal account.

Also, can anyone, preferably a ZOS rep, can anyone confirm that we will be able to use crowns to buy more character slots when DB is released?

We can buy character slots, they already said it

Also, I don't see why they'd transfer. PTS characters are super OP since people get tons of stuff on the templates like BiS gear with gold mats and stuff.

The PTS and Live servers are totally separate. Anything you do on one does not affect the other.

Nope, nothing on PTS transfers. It is purely for testing.

And, when the next character copy (next week most likely) all of the characters are wiped.
