it has come to my attention that some of the player in PVP are using the Resource mod on xbox to sap the resource (Magicka, Stamina, Health) from other player(s) in each of the campaign I seen it before on pc just to win when certain players use this mod sometimes make the victim resource bar glitch out not able to regen leaving them very weak not able to well defend themselve properly it a issue zenimax and need(s) to be fix cant let the cheaters continue playing this game ruining it for the normal player(s) thank you have a wonderful day.
