Missing random dungeon reward?

So I decided to do a random vet dungeon today and ended up in WGT. After several hours of pain and suffering(featuring a sorc dd hard casting the other frags morph for everything, an NB dd using resto heavy for dps and some other great things) and eventually replacing 2/3 random people with friends(as they left in the middle of the dungeon) I finally completed it and...got no reward. No "Activity Complete" popup and no mail with rewards.
What gives?
Come to think of it, that's not the first time. I kind of assumed I must've just missed the popup before but no way I could've missed the mail. ...if I get placed in second hardest dungeon in game with a pug I'd at least like a proper reward for it>.>
