Veteran Rank Removal and Skills

Hey guys!

I'm still confused as to how the transition from the veteran ranks system to the champion points system will work. What will happen to the skill points and attributes we gain (Or about to gain) from vet ranks once it's been converted to CP?

Will every 10 CP give us a skill point and attribute point?

    The 15 vet skill and attribute points will be granted during the 1-50 leveling process. You will get two points every level that ends in 5 and three points every level that ends in 0.
