Does anyone know when the 5th tier gear will be added in the game? I know there are a few pieces already in the game, like some of the weapons you can loot of weapon racks in shops and in the fighters/mages guild.

There is a datamined pic (included) with some pics of weapons and shields in it that look like 5th tier. (In the category of the racial gears)

Does anyone know when these will be added?

Not really, there are also things in the pic that will never be added to wear like the almalexia stuff or sai sahan. I thought maybe these would only be for some elite npc champion of the alliance characters. So i thought maybe they have already been released and i havent met those who wear it yet.
I was just wodering if ZOS had ever said anything about it in eso live or something.
