Same Monster helm in Special Vendor

ZOS is quick to fix a farm glitch but can't get the 'random' PVP special vendor to actually randomize. And for those of you who might ask if I know what random is, f-yes I do, but the odds are 1:8x10^n (rough estimate), so just relax and let's us revel in another botched attempt to play nice with pvp'ers!

If they force it to "randomize" and not repeat things then it isn't really random is it? Even if the odds are against it, random is random.

@Typhoios this is the third time the Malubeth has appeared on console and second week in a row. All three times it is infused.

Random IS random. True, but an appropriate algorithm that doesn't reset itself will actually randomize.

I am certain there is an error in the way it counts causing the repeat.

And it will be infused until DB hits...cause it will always be infused!!! Trait is not random. The monster piece is random.
