There are some issues on the console version (Xbox 1) that either don't exist or are far less of an issue on the PC version.
1) The XB1 version has no adjustment for the camera offset like PC does. I'm sick of my character standing a full characters width to the left of my crosshairs.
2) When loading into a busy area the NPCs are invisible and players are just shadows with no textures. The NPCs stay invisible and can't be interacted with for quite a while. ESO is the only game I've played that has this issue. There is no reason it should take so long to load players/textures and get NPCs spawned. This issue may exist on the PC to some extend but doesn't seem anywhere near as bothersome as on console.
3) Emails still take a long time to arrive when purchasing an item from a trader. The only workaround seems to be quick travel to another area or relog. Neither should be an accepted process.
4) When blocking an enemy attack an unintended bash often happens, wasting stamina. This seems to be related to how the game interprets the triggers on controllers. Perhaps give a slight delay before a bash can be activated after a block.
5) Wayshrines are a pain to target. It seems that there is a fairly small sweet spot for being able to target a wayshrine. The cursor can be right on the pedestal and still no 'use' indicator appears.

This. All of you PC players need to appreciate that your game actually runs at or above 30FPS. The FPS is atrocious, both in PvE and PvP on console since the Thieves Guild base game patch.

- The resonsiveness of the shoulder/triggers is terrible. Doubly so for break free.
