I am not sure but after about 60% crit others have said it is better to swap mundus over to the inc. crit damage one, whatever it is called.

Ah, okay. I think I know how I completely missed the difference between DPS and weapons damage - I blame too much WoW in my early teen years. I felt like I had too many buffs (buttons X, Y, and B...) and then one attack for single target and one for AoE. Felt kinda lacking and this is definitely something I'll mess around with and find a comfortable way to implement. Thank you.

I played WoW for 8 years lol. ESO is much better . I'd also use surprise attack (nightblade ability) over rapid strikes as it is one of the best single target attacks in the game. Also, try practicing sneaking in a light attack in between every ability to up your dps.
Here is a link to a pretty good end game NB dps build.

Definitely gonna study that build!
I played WoW from 13 to 20, embarrassingly enough lol. I'm enjoying ESO much more even though so far I've felt pretty... broken since the NB is my main.
I'll swap out Surprise Attack for Rapid Strikes and work on my light attack weaving, too.

Good luck out there NB's are definitely a fun class to play!

I absolutely love stealthy rogue-like classes, but was disappointed when Bows weren't as good/viable as they were in Skyrim. For the Blade and Blunt passive, what type of weapon is best? I've been running daggers but previously used swords.

I like dual swords to maximize weapon damage (with a buff either from pots, rally, hidden blade or another group member). If you want to use daggers, the best in the game are the Maelstrom ones. Without those I just prefer the higher damage over the crit. Once you hover around 55% crit its better to just focus on damage anyways.
I use 2h and bow and I focus on burst damage(single target). There are plenty of burst builds available online via youtube. Save up gold or farm materials yourself, but v16 gold gear makes a huge difference plus you need to get gold enchants.
I always run 5 hundings on all my stamina builds and you can use what ever set you have to finish up the build
(And, not to sound stupid, but is Hidden Blade a morph of Surprise Attack or am I just not seeing the tooltip on the skill calculator?)
