fall damage?

Hello all, I have a question, I've heard that they removed the fall damage when you were "pushed" from an other player, did they put it back to normal?
Yesterday, I was defending sej (sniping the weakests up the post ^^), and someone thew me the knock back from destruction staff, I was like "oh, it's ok no more fall damage, I gonna be allr... WWHAAAAATDAFÜQUE!!!".
so someone resurrects me, they take the fort, and I stay hidden in it, my faction sieges it again, still waiting, THERE HE IS! all proud with his oil, I go behind him, I buff myself to be sure to make enough damages, take my bow and give him a big fat draining shot, he falls, but the only health he lost was from my attack
does the game not like me?
