Body Markings + Vampirism

Do body markings (the kind you can select at character creation) override the paleness of vampirism?

Example: If I make a Khajiit and select a body marking that makes me all black, from head to toe, will my character still look black as a stage 4 vampire?

No. Vampirism overrides everything. Yes, it is super annoying and I hate it. Even my character's make up...
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Wow, I thought I was being hopeful to think body markings would remain. I would have thought at least facial markings would be untouched.

Tatoos and facial markings could remain some of the time but are really faded increasingly with each stage of vampirism until barely noticeable. If they are done in black ink you can still kinda see them on some characters, although with a Khajiit, perhaps not.

It would be nice if Vampirism and Werewolf has some more detail.

    Vampirism
: Since Barbershop is coming out, give us the option to see are characters as Vampires while changing our looks. Let us choose from various "vampire" textures (Not one skin pretty much). Let tattoo's, makeup, etc be present while a vampire also would be nice to see.

    Werewolf
: You could add various shades of werewolf in my opinion. Many different shades of brown and white/grey for each Morph. Then you could possibly even add in some clothes to go on the werewolf. Like some really ripped clothes with various colors or even Armour. This would give at least some individuality while being a werewolf (1 of the core reasons i will not be one).
