Where did the materials go??

So I was being lazy and bought some raw material (beech) from a guild trader. However, they have not appeared in my inventory.... the money I paid has gone and the guild trader no longer has the beech.... but I don't know where it is???

✭✭✭✭✭It will be emailed to you. If you stay in the zone you are in, it will take 1 to 20 minutes to show up.
If you do anything to relog the zone, it will show up immediately. So do one of the following:
1. Travel to another Zone
2. Go in or out of the Outlaw Refuge
3. Go into or out of a Delve that reloads the zone (not always apparent which ones do, but most do this)
4. Relog
Doing any one of the above will get the email immediately.
