Glass Style roll from fragments

Is there any rule or chance on rolling parts of glass style when we combine 10 fragments with this special potion?
I mean when first time I did it, I won a Glass Bow, I read it and it was added to my character.
Another day I tried combining new 70 fragments and won again a Bow with 6 others parts of glass style.
All these parts were different, no repeating parts in this roll. I didn't read them yet.

The question is, if I will be combining again new fragments, should I have in my personal inventory these previously received glass styles, to avoid them being received again, i.e. to allow the rolling system to choose for me a different parts which I do not have in my inventory?
Or the rolling system is completely based on luck so I can roll also 5 same glass bows in combining 50 fragments?

I seem to get the same 3 over and over as well. Could be perception but that's some fishy RNG. I wonder if all drop rates are not equal?

I once bought seven resins an made seven pages. Four of them were duplicates. So i think it doesn't look what you have in inventory. I think it's usual RNG roll.
