Why oh why do you break something every time you do maintenance?

Maintenance is ment to fix things right? Well why is it you break more than you fix? Stop putting things into a game you cant look after properly. I have been waiting nearly 30 minutes for my character to load and it wont. Absolutely ridiculous AGAIN stop breaking stuff, and you wonder why people are leaving the gane?? Its getting very lonely in tamriel!!!
