I am constantly getting this error today. It happens either at the Character Loading Screen or during initial Announcement Retrieval.
I have emptied my blu ray cache, taken out the disc, hard reset and it is still occurring.
If it doesn't throw that error, it just sits at "Requesting Character Load..."
NA Server.
