Will The Elder Scrolls: Legends be playable on a smartphone?

I don't plan on playing The Elder Scrolls: Legends when Im home on my pc, because I will be playing ESO or WoW on my pc. I probably would like to try The Elder Scrolls: Legends on my smartphone. It could be a time killer at work.

TESO needs a wardrobe system badly. Something similar to WoW's tmog system would make this game one of the best mmorpg out there!

    TES: Legends is in beta and would doubt that during a beta they'd make in multi-cross platform.

    With that stated, we are closing this thread since these forums are specifically for ESO. However, as mentioned, there should be more information available after the Beta.
