Fastest way to obtain scraps?

Any scraps will do I'm not looking for anything just to refine them. Anywhere that doesn't get in the way of people's quests eg rift, wrothgar.

Dwemer Scraps or Leather Scraps?

Most Wolf locations have quick spawns, just find wolves in the level that drops the mats you need and run a pattern. If your EP, Crows Wood is great, in DC, Glenumbra has a few wolf spawn areas in the center of the zone, AD has them on the East side North of Skywatch. If your concerned about others questing, most of these areas are not quest related, although one of the Glenumbra locations does have a quest that goes through that area. But, if someone comes along, ask them if they are questing or grinding. Questing, let them have the mobs, grinding, ask them to group up, then you both get mats and more Exp.

Any mob animal will drop the hides, so Mubdcrabs are good too.

Don't all those craglorn mobs drop shadowhide? (Except for the insects)

You list 3 Vet level Characters, you should be able to farm there.

There is even a delve that is part of the Lower Craglorn MQ that has a ton of Imp Mobs. Like 50 of them (never counted, it just seems like it) in the first room you come to. Go in there with Shields up and AoE them down and you may even get some Nirncrux from them too. But for sure you will get 30 to 40 Raw Shadowhides per visit. Note I don't remember if you have to relog to reset the instance or just leave and come back, most of my farming is popping in, mowing them down, the leaving.

I was hoping for a faster way but to be honest I never thought of craglorn delves for some reason.

That's going to be a decent drop rate if I can do it fat then. A couple of trips and I'll have a stack. Mind you 4 of us in riften got a stack on 45 mins.
