Divine Force's 2.4 Magicka DK Build

Currently, my High Elf magicka DK is equipped with:

-2 piece Bloodspawn
-5 piece Tava's Favor (use shuffle to proc the 5 piece set bonus)
-Blessing of the Potentates neckless and sword & board on the off bar to reduce the cost of bats
-Willpower rings and sword & board on the dps bar

5 piece light, 1 medium, 1 heavy with 5-7 impen

My plans for my 2.4 Magicka DK build is:

-Same sets as my current build.
-5 piece heavy, 1 medium, and 1 light with all sturdy
Keep in mind that with my current build I generate ulti really fast. With all the changes to heavy armor and the new decisive trait in the next update, depending on how good the sustain will be with heavy armor and ulti regen with decisive, I was thinking to use all spell damage glyphs and spell damage mundus.

Also, bear in mind the last time I played eso was when the wings reflect stamina bug was around. I was able to sustain my stamina even with constantly having shuffle up.
What do you guys think? Imo, I think this is going to be the meta or at least one of the meta builds.

The thing is it is going to be good. But Stamina DK and Stamina Nightblades are going to be much better. Stamina DKs are essentially Magicka DK with poison damage and higher DPS. Stamblades are now the absolute gods of burst damage with a good deal of potential oneshot abilities.
