    Also they are the ancestors of the immortal children of Skyrim rather than daedric gods, which is far worse...

    But srsly, the Blade of Woe is supposed to kill any playable race NPC and technically the guards fall under that category. I also saw a char sneaking up on a guard in the teaser, which is why I'm wondering if that ability can take out a guard?

    But it also does NOT work on boss-type mobs. I guess that makes Guards Bosses.
