New DLC pack will force me to kill my own race again...

I am really fed up, killing Imperials on every single quest, every single alliance and every single DLC. Its ruining my own lore. I think the developers can come up with more original ideas... I know, majority of Imperials have some sort of deal with the Worm Cult, but there are kind hearted Imperials out here too you know? I mean it is like being a member of the Ebonheart Pact but murdering the hell out of Dunmer whole time.

What the hell are you even talking about? Every player in the game is forced to kill members of their own race. You aren't special or deserving of any exceptions.

But they are minorities. Whole Imperial race is shown as bad guys in the game.

Wrong. Go to Cyrodil and half of the towns there are peacful imperials, same with Imperial City DLC, the people you work for in the main quest are good Imperials trying to overthrow the current order.

Exactly, they sold out their people and in doing so lost the Imperial City to the Worm Cult. The level-headed, kind-hearted 'normal' Imperials are the players and few NPCs, those who left Cyrodiil to join the proper factions to help fix what their race helped to cause.

Yea all of the factions have Imperials invading them which is dumb because their homeland is being invaded by the 3 factions. And Cyrodiil is full of enemy Imperials. I remember in Oblivion and Morrowind when Imperials were looked at as heroes and protectors, but in Skyrim they seemed a bit evil by some, and in ESO they are antagonized alot and stereotyped for being an evil race in general . If the DLC is in Cyrodiil it should show that the Imperials as a race are victims of the plainmeld just like everyone else, and are not the prime reason it is happening.

The prime reason the planemeld is happening has nothing to do with Imperials as a race. The game plainly and clearly explains within the first 10 levels why the planemeld is happening.

Ah yeah... the Myth that nationalism is homogeneous... I spent a good deal of time killing Dunmer Raiders, Bandits, Slavers, and mad sorcerers. Also a few civilians during my own factions quest.

I agree though, we often face the splinter groups of the former Imperial legion. But they have gone over to Mannimarco and Clivia Tharn. This is not about race. Its politics.

Imperials de facto are the bad guys. And also this is technically a civil war scenario.

Not really, considering there are a vast amount of quests where you are dealing with good-aligned Imperials all throughout Tamriel. I think this is just a biased view since it just so happens that Imperials are behind some of the more vile ongoings in this game, which skews the perspective heavily towards seeing them all as bad.

The point of being an assassin? Kill without second thoughts.

If it bothers you to kill your own race, then you do not make a good assassin :p

You joined a faction. You are not loyal to some imperial dwellers or deserters, there is no option in this game to play that side.

    ugh... topics like this.

Funny, I can't get enough of killing Imperials ^^
Will I be able to forget all the wounds that pierce my flesh?
You and your childish justice. I'll rip it to pieces.
Come on, it's showtime. A rain of blood like a volcano
And now I'll blow all of you and you and you...
All to tiny pieces. All to tiny pieces.
