Under The Lord constellation, there is perk called Quick Recovery that states, "Increases the effectiveness of healing received by X%."
My question is this...does this perk help sorcs with Critical Surge heals? And does it stack with Elfborn perk? When a sorc crits a target, and gets healed, does that count as healing received?
Can anyone test this?
