Inner Light is broken

Hey there,
I noticed today on my Magicka DK that my Magicka on Dual Wield Bar is a lot lower than on my staff bar. After testing a couple possibilities I found out that Inner Light - which I have on both bars - only gave me the buff on my staff bar. I respect and it gave me the buff, but after switching bars it was gone again.This is quite a damage loss and I'm 99% sure that it's not just a UI Error since I tested it with a 2nd Staff, running only Inner Light and Whip on both bars, the damage was lower.
I also heard from others that they have the same issue, please fix this!
