Nerf to recovery?

Sorry if this had been mentioned but on all my characters my recovery is roughly between 300 to 400 lower compared to a week ago. Was recovery lowered or is this a ui bug or is there another cause?

My recovery hasn't changed at all, but I use Willow's Path or Seducers on most of my characters. Did you reset your CP?

Do you use the attronach/serpent mundus? If yes, check if you have it active. maybe you got the patch which removed mundusstones and fixed the bug related to them.
