I said I wouldn't, I worked hard for my cp.... I have 497ish. But a group fo guildies said come try c'mon Annie.... so I did.
It was the best battle ground I have ever been in, huge battle at Roebeck - 3 breaches from yellows, fighting hard all the way. I must have been fighting there for two hours before ep finally lost. Sad we lost but boy that ap kept rolling in.
There were few vicious death sets (as least I did not die to them as often) and no bombing trains.... just good fighting. Either you won or you lost due to skills. And strategy was important....
Mainly I died because of 1. Stupidity 2. Being caught out in the open alone. 3. Dang templars.
At about 17.00 BST as usual the lag set in but I had been there 3 hours, had 130k ap and was needing to take a break anyway. For most of the three hours lag was not a problem.
Now it makes me wonder if my cp's are set all wrong, because the fighting was so much better there than in True Flame.
To be honest, I never thought I would like pvp, then two months ago.... you got it..... Annie c'mon... and now? It is SO much fun.
Please do not come and try it ty.

<clears throat> This person obviously doesn't know what they are talking about. Azura's Star is bad, and you shouldn't go there ever. Because if you do, others will laugh at you for not "being a real man" and playing in "real" PvP.

i was in that fight but AD side, it was realy nice fight, the only "problem" i see with no cps is the sieges hit realy hard but the pvp is more balanced.

Actually, I been away since shortly after IC came out - it frustrated me cuz keep battles basically disappeared. I've got EP and AD (and now no guilds after months of afk ) ... who should I bring to Azura? Heeheehee

@Kungfu .... well that was some keep battle. Our group was six strong, but there were a lot of ep there aiding and in their own groups.
Amazing that most replies are from AD... um... sorry if I killed you.

@GhostShadows - yup those siege engines and fire ballistas really mean business - I guess the term stay out of stupid comes to mind.

And to the rest of ESO, don't come. You are not invited. Please.

Siege as far as the eye can see hitting harder than ultimates...dodge "that" red carpet sucker!
Especially when emp just one shots everything in its path.
Not good.

It pays to find a good hiding spot sometimes.

I couldn't agree more! Since Azura has gone CP free, I've had some of the best fights in there that I've EVER had. Sure it's more challenging as you don't have endless resources due to maxed regen CP and cost reductions but the fights, the keep defenses, the capturing of the keeps is so much fun. The ONLY time that Azura sucks, is when there isn't anyone in there to fight. If more people would try it out we'd have a ton more of these awesome battles that the OP mentions. Not long ago my wife and I were involved in a defense of Roe as well that lasted almost as long as the OP's. It was a TON of fun...

Of course there's less lag in the no-champ campaign. The system isn't running code that inserts 72 individual variables / triggers into consideration of each character for each tick.

I'm on Azura's Star on PS4 NA and it is just full of corruption.
Top Blue guy has a guild of Yellows under his command as well as his own Blue guild. Another Guild of Yellows is Teaming up with a Red Guild to combat this Blue F***er and then there's so many people boosting their friends on opposite alliances to get them Emperor from us few that actually worked to earn our AP.

I'm honestly fed up with it all and will be switching to a different campaign once the 30 days are over and I get my rewards. It's just not worth it anymore.

Haha. I get you, I wanted to post something like this. But I was afraid everyone would play in AZ, and lag the server again. lol. AZ w/o campaign though, is probably the most balance and less laggy campaign.

If not I had gone their to asura and I still see banana trains killing everyone for their AP dominion.
