Never been a Nb before much. I'm an Imperial Stam Dual Wield.
I prob won't PVP/PVE much, only dungeons and other stuff.
Bar 1
Ambush, Killer's Blade, Steel Tornado, Quick Cloak, Rapid strikes.
Bar 2
Scorched Earth, Dark Cloak, Poison Injection, Mirage, Reaper's mark?

Would this be an alright build in all round? I just need help with skills. I don't like veiled strike..making me go stealth.

I know you aren't fond of Veiled Strike but it's one of the best moves Nightblades have. The stun may only work if you're in stealth but the attack itself is pretty good and morphing it to Surprise attack also lowers your opponent's physical resistance making it superior to Rapid Strikes in term of damage when coupled with animation cancelled light attacks, something you can't do with Rapids cause it's a channel ability.

Quick Cloak is meh outside of PvP, so I'd also replace it with Relentless Focus (Morph of Grim Focus from Assassin tree). The extra stamina recovery, the 8% extra damage, and the crit granted for having an Assassin ability on your bar makes it far and away a better choice.

Dark Cloak is go for solo content but for group you might want to switch it out for another offensive ability like Arrow spray (and whichever morph you prefer for it).

Mirage is another flex skill. It's alright for solo content if you need the extra resistance and dodge chance, but isn't entirely necessary for dungeons. For Dungeons, I'd probably go with evil hunter from the Fighter's Guild for more crit and a powerful proc effect in it's place.

Reaper's Mark isn't overly great in group dungeons either. The debuffs offered by Reaper's Mark are often times already in play because of the tank or your Surprise Attack. The heal is great if you need it for solo content but often times a good healer will almost always have you covered in group content. The extra damage only kicks in when you kill the target so on bosses without adds, it's entirely a dead skill. A good alternative would be Caltrops from the Assault skill tree but you have to PvP a little bit to unlock it and if that doesn't work for you then try Summon Shade for a debuff to enemy damage

    Use 2h instead of DW.
Remove killers blade and replace it with excutioner (2h skill line).
