UI Troubles - Xbox one NA

Just D/L the new patch and when i log in the game is telling me everything and everyone is offline or unknown?

I have tried resetting the Xbox twice and still no luck...

What else can i do to fix this problem?

I'm also having issues with this on PS4, so it could be consoles on general.

Try scrolling down through the list of people in a guild - mine is bugging and sending me back to the top every few seconds. Just wondering if that is both platforms, too.

Use the button to the left of ur guide button and quit the game, restarting the xbox doesnt really reload the game. Had the same issue and it worked

Same issues here. I removed the game from the xbox and restarted the xbox and reloaded and it didn't solve it for me :-(

Just tried this, no luck.
I even signed into another Xbox gold account to see if that changed anything.. Still shows everything 'Offline or unknown' .. Uggg

Guess ill try uninstalling the game and see if that helps any.... what a pain in my ass!

Reinstalled ESO 28GB and like 7 hours later, its now worse then before... Stupid game.
I make it to Character selection screen and BOOM crash... every god damn time!!!

Unsubscribed my ESO plus and went and bought Divison.
