Turns you into a permanent qq'er.
Ok, you're warned. This is not for the faint of heart.
While it would be completely lore unfriendly, as far as I'm aware, it would be interesting to see what they'd do with Corprus. While I can't find the original lore sources, I recall something about the worthy progressing through various stages of the "disease", something like going from Ash Zombie to Ash Ghoul to Ascended Sleeper. Gross, weird, and VERY classic Elder Scrolls stuff.

You do know Werewolves are in Skyrim too right? The process is a lot different though, and Hircine was not directly involved.

You know that Werewolves were in Morrowind's Bloodmoon expansion, right? And Hircine was directly involved.
I don't know about additional diseases, but it would sure be cool to have more skill lines devoted to daedra worship (that's what lycanthropy is after all).

UHm.. yeah werewolves were in skyrim and Hircine WAS involved O.o i mean all the quest line involving the werewolves they do nothing else that talk about how they'd join Hircine hunting ground instead of Sovngarde at death... the explanation itself of how they did became werewolves involved Hircine itself (i don't think there's someone that hasn't played skyrim but just in case i'm not gonna spoilt it)

I don't know. Maybe some sort of nature thing that makes you plant-like, like something similar to a spriggan.

I know not where this would fit in the timeline but according to my research it doesn't seem to be of any certain period of time and would be best implemented with a Red Mountain DLC. This would also be a good way to make Disease Damage viable as certain stages of Corprus could be weak to it, like WW to Poison and Vamp to Fire.

In the lore, Corprus actually makes you immune to disease. ;-)
