Concept: Falling on Enemy Players/Combatable NPCs from a Significant Height

What if the fall damage you take when dropping from a considerable height is split between you and any NPC you can actually fight/enemy player by landing on them? Would be a neat addition in my opinion :p

    Eh... first I would want to see NPCs take fall and environmental damage! It's soooo annoying if you manage to chuck them from a high ledge into a lava pit, only to have them run back atcha all the way through the molten rock...

    I've knocked NPCs into the ocean and they just vanished. Does that count?
