So, a group of mine is trying to queue for Selene's web as a dungeon, but one person is level 22 so we cannot pick a specific dungeon that high. This is the kicker: doing a specific dungeon scales everyone to V15...so why is there a lock?
Especially when my buddy and I queue for the random normal and get Vaults of Madness. He's level 10.
