Please place priority on fixing basic commands and NOT dlc

I can't loot.
I can't open a door.
I can't cast rapids.
I can't cast siege dome.
I can't mount.
I can't cast caltrops.
And others...Just pick a key and it will not work at some point.
While these don't happen all the time or all at once one or more happen EVERY time I go play PVP or PVE.

This is so common that the teamspeak conversions about broken commands is constant.
Every time I go play one or more basic commands do not work.
Yes, I have disabled addons, I even removed them from the live folder.
Yes, my system is above the minimums for specs for the game.
Are the game investors all orthopedic surgeons? It sure makes us press a lot of useless and irritating commands for no good reason.

So how does someone solo get a killing blow from Viscous Death which is a post death proc???

These are now common complaints.
They are not silly, we see the animations for the command but there is no effect.
We loose stamina or magicka but don't get the benefit of the command.
So, the keys are detected but IGNORED!

The COMBAT system is a mess and does NOT work.
Playing is too frustrating.

BTW, complements to the artists and graphics designers. Raspberries or worse to the game mechanics.

Why should we bother playing when the basics are so FUBAR?
