Did not receive ESO plus crowns
Renewed my subscription on the 17th and still have not received my crowns. I have tried several different support options and keep getting red tape. I hope that someone actually reads these threads?

✭Surprisingly, but thankfully, when I contacted them about missing Crowns when I renewed my ESO Plus after cancelling it for a couple of months, I got no hassle from them about proof of purchase, they just issued them... not only those either, they even included the couple of months worth of missing Crowns that drove me to cancel the sub in the first place, I didn't even ask.... so I was expecting 1500, but got 4500, which I have to salute them for.0
