What do we know about Dark Brotherhood?

Hey guys,
since I dont really enjoy the last update (pvp-wise) and many of my guildmates telling me they want to stop playing, I really want to know if there is anything good with the next DLC for us pvp'ers.
Ive told my guildmates all the time "wait guys, next update I'm sure there will the duel-function be implemented and then there is the awesome battlegrounds and arens coming in september with arena seasons!".
So, can anybody list what we know so far about the dark brotherhood?
As far as I remember rumours are:
- Dark Brotherhood questline; ?new area?
- Race change and barbier
- Veteran levels are gone
- duel function? come on, they told about this in december, how *** hard can it be to implement this *** like a trading button >.>
- anthing else?
Because time is runnning 1-3 motnhs Thieves GUILD DLC, 4-6 months Borhterhood and 4th month is "already" gone, 1 month PTS and 1 month after pc release us console players get the patch, isnt it time to speak about the the new DLC?
This is not a whine thread or anything, I really love this game and playing it now for over a year since it launched on console and if they really talk about arenas (1v1 and 4v4 hopefully) I can see myself playing this even more longer (Ps4 u dont have many mmos and some single player games + 1 online game is what most console guys do^^)
