I've had some horrible customer service with you guys, worse than swtor even, so hopefully someone can change my mind this time around! I've not been able to find your contact support PHONE NUMBER (do you not have one? seriously?!), I've not received any e-mails back, so I'm assuming that you have NO workers on the weekends (wtf?) and I haven't even received a "lol we're lookin into it" or anything letting me know my matter is being handled.
I've been charged over 4 times even AFTER I cancelled my *** sub. I do not want to pay for ESO plus, especially if I'm not even playing the *** game BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT!!!! I doubt I'll get a refund or even a response but please, for the love of god, can someone give me a PROPERLY WORKING PHONE NUMBER OR TICKET PLACE TO GET A REFUND?! >:O I'll force a refund and happily take the ban to my account considering I didn't even get past 10 without being bored.
