Merciless Charge + Cruel Flurry 「Do They Stack?」

Just as the title says I cannot tell if Merciless charge and cruel flurry stack. I've tried by looking at the tool-tip (Yes I am a console peasant and have long retired my PC character) but it's not showing the increase that I thought I would expect.

I haven't tested it, but you can do it aswell. activate SCT and attack an enemy with
1. critrush --> note down the numbers
2. flurry-->critrush -->note down the numbers
3. compare -->result

They dont "stack" since they are entirely different effects from each other.
I assume your question was if merciless charge gets the weapon damage buff from cruel flurry.

The answer to that question doesnt matter much, since the merciless charge is not influenced by your characters stats. Regardless off how high your wep dmg/ stam is, it will always deal the same damage. Only weapon lvl + quality, CP and similar "general" effects (like +crit dmg) affect the damage of merciless charge. So +3k weapon damage on your next DoT will help your charge nothing.
The only qustion left is if the charge consumes the cruel flurry buff regardless, but im too lazy to log in to test that now.

Yeah I figured that it wouldn't work that way which sucks because that would be pretty awesome if it did.
The funny thing is yeah it actually does consume the charge when I crit rush with a maelstrom weapon. I use the flurry where my hands start to glow and when I switch to crit rush as it connects the glow goes away.

If I had this on PC I could check a lot easier but unfortunately I'm still a V14 on PC lol.

Is this a confirmed bug? Cruel flurry doesn't give merciless charge it's increased damage but it consumes the proc that cruel flurry does.

Time to submit a bug report..thanks for the replies ZOS @ZOS_CoriJ please close this thread.
