Ebon set with Weapons causes set bonus to bug out on 1 weapon bar

Oke so the issue:

I run 5 piece ebon set for raid buffs. The pieces i use are:
Necklace + Ring + Ring
1handed mace + shield
1handed mace + shield

Now what happens is when i'm on my first weapon bar everybody in the raid gets the buff. When i switch my second bar however the people in the raid keep the buff BUT the HP bonus from the buff disappears.

As shown in the image below from a friend of mine's character sheet, you can see that he has the buff ( you can see me right behind him with the ebon bubbles floating around). However the buff gives 0 health.



When i swap back to my main bar where the buff does work the following happens:

He keeps the 0 ebon armor buff. but also gets the buff that does actually work.



Please fix this as it's quite a big issue for weapon swapping on this set and is quite a silly bug for a raid set.

I have issue this as well and have been meaning to make a forum post. Make sure you put in a bug ticket in game. The group I run with noticed this on the Worm set too. This means that Hircine and most likely Lunar Bastion, Alkosh, Moondancer and Twilight Remedy have this issue too since they are from the same batch of content. Knowing ZOS I doubt we will ever see a fix as they really do not care or it will be beyond their meager abilities. Hell I bet if they did try to fix it they would break two other things. I would not be surprised if they try to slap a "Working as intended" on this. I spent a lot of resources, gold and time putting my set together at Thieves guild launch and would like to see these things work but I am not holding my breath. I know I sound pretty jaded at this point but I ran out of excuses for their lack of ethics and ability to fix things during the first year of the game.

Jewelry drops from Maw of Lorkhaj last boss and a very small chance on weekly rewards.

Hoping to get some feedback from ZOS. Haven't had a response on the ingame ticket yet either.

I have this bug on my tank as well. I have a 1-handed weapon as part of my set on each bar, and the group only get the increased health when I'm on one of my bars, not the other.
