A friend of mine lost access to his email which is bound to TESO account. Since then he can't log into the game, neither can he change the contact email since the security code, which is required to complete login, is sent to, you guessed it, the lost email!
We filled a support form, provided proof of purchase in form of a screensot which includes Steam product key. What didn't work well is
1. Friend forgot the security answer (with no security question present how can one possibly answer it, hmmm???)
2. It was unclear which email should be left in the form: old innaccessible email or the new contact email? We left old email in the email field and left a new contact email in the message body. A month passed and there's no answer.
I think you really should consider creating live chat support or at least give clear instructions to help solving issues like this. ZOS is blamed a lot for the customer service quality. While, luckily, I had no issues with it, I can see why a consierable amount of players is frustrated.
