DC-Looking for a PVP guild

If DC PVP guilds exist I'm interested in joining one. I play mostly on weekends, and the amount of blues in Azura's and Skull (my two campaigns I play) is very low. Last weekend AD pretty much held Azura all weekend.
I'm a Vet 11 Templar (read healer with okay DPS). I don't win very many 1v1s, and I would say I am below average at PVP lol. I have been enjoying it recently though, and would like to play it more. It just gets super frustrating playing with randoms, or worse not seeing any other blues at all.
Any guilds out there that play either of my campaigns and like playing PVP on weekends?
